Handling Customer’s requirements, Indents, material distribution and overall supervisory job related to Depot.
Maintain the Dealer Network, Dispatch system and co-ordination.
Customer’s credit control and outstanding control.
Reconciliation of Customers A/c, Imprest A/c & Bank Account.
Sales Tax -Local & CST. Filing of returns & assessment.
Stock updating, Physical reconciliation and Daily inventory tracking.
Branch Transfer logistics, Maintain EOQ level.
Depot MIS like customer wise sales , product wise sales etc and updating Location Head on location & customer performance.
Invoice processing.
Daily fund management.
Ensuring no shortage in inventory or no overstocking. Keeping a check on old stock and planning schemes to move out the old stock
Cycle count and perpetual inventory
Follow up with Transporters.
Technical Skill: Knowledge of Computers preferably of ERP.
