Job Description
Ensuring adherence to F & A policies, system and processes as laid down in the Corporate Office.
Providing inputs for all policy issues relating to accounts, finance, audit, budgets and treasury.
Planning and overseeing maintenance of books of account as per laws and laid down procedure.
Undertaking treasury function, regarding raising of short term funds from banks, loans from other services including inter corporate deposits and deployment of surplus funds both short term and long term.
Dealing with all issues relating to rising of working capital including bank guarantees, legal obligation, documentation etc and seeking approval of top management.
Supervising calculations and ensuring management of tax as required by laws.
Ensuring timely preparation, submission and follow-up as required and necessary.
Appointment of auditor and review of internal audit reports and getting necessary approvals of the Supervisory Board.
Preparation and submission of Annual Report, Balance Sheet and profit and loss account to the Supervisory Board for approval and publication.
Coordinating with other departments and units to ensure timely preparation of budgets in prescribed formats and time frame.
Ensuring due financial discipline, budgetary controls and cost effectiveness.
Providing leadership to the departmental executives and those placed in the units and promoting their growth and development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 9 yrs of work experience.
Should be Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance).
Expertise in finance and accounting, tax management and related
functions.
Proven leader with good inter personal skills and communications.
