Responsibilities:
Generating Credit Card sales through Telesales Channel
Handling a Team of Telecaller's through Team Leaders
Responsible for Cross-Sell of Insurance through Telesales
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field / Sales is required for this position.
Should be confident, aggressive and have a flair for Team Management
Should possess good communication skills
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
