Responsibilities:
Handling a team of Telecallers and FOS and leading them from the front
Upto 18 TSEs backed by FOS, under each SM
Responsibility to manage
To cross-sell life, non-life insurance along with other TPP as the case be
Deliver targets set consistently
Should possess good communication skills
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of team
End objective :
Deliver targets on each of the portfolio
Keep the team motivated and charged
Be process driven and institutionalize the process by laising with various concerned departments
Sales background
Handled team
Preferably from Banking / financial services
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Bachelor of Law , Master of Art , Master of Commerce , Master of Computer Application/Computer Science, Master of Science, Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management or Master of Engineering/Technology in any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
