The HR Manager is responsible for all HR functions especially the recruitment function.
Job Responsibilities:
Work out the HR strategies in alignment with the organizational vision and
philosophy.
Design the staffing plan based on the business plans for the organization.
Evaluate and empanel partners in talent acquisition at various levels
Manage the budgets and optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Manage the campus relationships with premier educational institutions and build and
execute a robust campus recruitment plan.
Create and manage the MIS process to allow the senior management to get up to date
overview of all HR activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Exp: 4-8yrs in HR Generalist Role
Should have exp in all HR Functions &
Good Communication skill.
