Skills Required:
•Extremely good voice skills and very good customer service skills
• Informatica Products experience…
•Experience with SAP, Siebel, People soft, EAI products or Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Sql or Mysql Server and Business Intelligence tools will be advantageous
•Knowledge on Oracle, Java testing and programming.

Position Summary
The L0 Tech / Welcome Centre rep will report to the Team Leader and will serve as Customer Support Champion for Informatica’s enterprise customers. The Tech will understand the customer’s issue, check the product details, Assess the support requirements and route the customers to the appropriate queue. In this process the tech will have to access Siebel CRM to check and capture customer data and to create a ticket.
The tech must be able to work in a high technology environment and be aligned to the US and UK time zones.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Receive the customer call on +1 877 INFA HELP
•Validate the user and product detail
•Assess the support entitlement
•Evaluate the customer’s issues
•Create a ticket
•Communicate to the customer
•Route the call appropriately
