I have seen one interesting thing with this regard: in London, the same
companies eraised about £20000 in the base salary for the high level
professionals for the same roles and positions (architects, sr.
managers and so on)
I even know a financial company that openly said it would fier its own
staff to hire unemployed specialists in the market or hire back for
reasonable salaries
I think, we have to wait a little when employers understand via their pockets that the baby boomer era is over ...
