Responsibilities:
Day to day job planning.
Break down maintenance.
Preventive maintenance planning and implementation.
Break down and PM report and analysis.
Inventory and spares planning.
Shut down job planning.
Shut down job man-material planning.
History up date time to time.
Co-ordination with different department for work permit and safety permits.
To indent the spares etc.
Insulation and steam tracing.
Fab.Job supervison and material issue from store.
Contractors bill/measurement checking.
To book OT of tech.Time to Time.
To prepare Shift shedule and leave planning of manpower.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Engineering (Mechanical) with 3 years experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineer with 8 yrs experience.
Required language(s): English, Marathi.
Preferred language(s): Hindi.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taloja.
At least 3-8 year(s) of working experience in the continuous process chemical industry is required for this position.
Male candidates around the age of 30 year(s) are encouraged to apply.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery)/Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
