Responsibilities:
Deploy the root cause engine data ETL (extract, transform, load) process.
Gather ad hoc report requirements and create reports.
Develop and deploy Management Reporting Tool (MRT) reports.
Define and document specific requirements.
Establish proper testing, communication, training, and deployment of new release or enhancements.
Assign reporting tasks in Mercury IT Governance (ITG).
Act as initial point of contact regarding data questions from client, vendor, and internal Accenture; as well as from client source systems and vendor data systems.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
The candidate should have work experience in MIS (MIS executive in WFM).
Good Excel Skills.
Good in communication.
he candidate should be flexible to work in shifts.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
