Job Description:
The CRC Process Lead is responsible for the development, deployment and optimization of an integrated Customer Response Center solution in support of Business Process shared services and mission critical outsourcing initiatives for The Company’s customers.
BPO Global Delivery participates in the initial deal pursuit and is accountable for all delivery services through out the contract life cycle, thus the CRC Process Lead plays a critical role in every phase of the customer engagement.
Responsibilities of the CRC Process Lead:
Coordinates service tower leads, The company’s IT Organizations and Delivery or Operations organization in the development and deployment of the CRC customer solution as defined in the MSA
Ensures cross tower dependencies are well understood and proactively managed
Coordinates the design of the high level solution across the different process towers with a clear definition of value, cost and risk
Build & implement the end to end Customer response center (CRC) solution for the customer including process maps, call flows, escalation paths, L1-L2 hand off process.
Aligns solution development and deployment activities with the Transition plans to ensure all key milestones are achieved
Acts as the overall process lead and the single point of contact for the BPO-GD Process Team
Reviews progress reports across process towers and resolve slippage
Reports progress reports with overall Transition/Transformation manager
Facilitates the resolution of issues escalated by the Process Tower Leads
Ensures Operations readiness to meet Production Monitoring and “Go Live” commitment
Ensures post transition production stability
Drives process improvement opportunities with support from Process improvement teams to achieve efficiency and cost reduction commitments as defined in the MSA
