Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proper Know how about all the products
should be able to pick up the support calls on an individual level after a month?s time
Preparation of weekly schedule with your senior for Support Calls.
Documentation of the support calls
Ensuring the support calls going smoother and solving problems at a brisk pace
Analyze the cause and effect of the problem evolved in the product and accordingly communicate to the senior and technical team
Coordination with technical team to ensure effective communication on clients? requirements
Establish contacts with client(s) to help build and manage existing customer relationships.
Manage multiple calls, usually key accounts identified as high potential / high revenue generating.
Ability to demonstrate the product
SKILLS:
Should have excellent communication skills
should have support experience in the IT field-Hardware and Software Solutions
should be dynamic, young male with a flair for meeting new people and developing long term relationships with them.
Should possess strong technical computer skills.
Should be cool and confident, but with a yearning to scale newer heights.
Experience in interaction with corporate, Government and institutions will a major plus point.
If you a BE or B Tech in Electronics/instrumentation/computer science will give you and added advantage.
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Support role will be an advantage
