Position Description:
Primary Function
As a Finance Integrating Manager you will manage a team of Solution Engineer resources, consultants and project managers in the Controllership Programs and Solutions team of The Company. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of consulting, design and deployment of global financial solutions and related processes.
You will be accountable for ensuring the achievement of planned business strategy objectives.
Your role will be key in integrating our solution team with financial services operational teams, information technology, and other cross functional solution teams.
You will be accountable for leading a team to deliver:
Functional system solution design and implementation
Plan of Record process management & solution investment recommendations
IT and Business Solution Teams Linkage
Visionary, strategic – solution benchmarking (CAB, Oracle, SAP forums)
Solution design for solving complex cross-platform and cross-functional issues
Enterprise and cross functional project/program management
Financial Tools Development and Support (SAS, MS Access, Reporting Etc.)
SAP Support
Qualifications:
Musts:
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years related experience as a first level manager, with typically more than 15 years Financial experience.
Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills including demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams.
Excellent communication skills ability to partner with multiple organizations and drive management of change through organization.
Must look forward - will not be steeped in tradition, and will push The Company to adopt industry best practices.
Ability to work seamlessly in a matrix managment environment.
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic and cross-cultural team.
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor high performance team.
Desired:
Recognized expert in Project Management discipline.
Deep knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP related financial business processes and information technology applications.
Strong process modeling skills.
Strong negotiation, decision-making and issue resolution skills.

Strong enthusiasm, initiative and drive - a positive influence on the team.
Previous experience implementing business application software; ERP implementation experience is highly desirable.
