Position Description:
Team lead. First contact for Finance Assistants and Coordinators. Under minimal supervision, performs complex finance or accounting assignments, including monitoring processes to ensure business controls are adequate and working and coordinating month end and year end activities, such as, inventory control, month end order booking, etc.
Recommends action to higher level managers where accounting transactions have material impact on financial results. Assists in providing customer support that includes troubleshooting transaction problems, answering questions and handling special requests. Has primary responsibility for the implementation of new accounting and financial systems and tools.
Qualifications:
Requires higher education or specialized training/certification.
Requires a minimum of 7 years directly related experience, with typically 9 to 15 years experience.
