Job Description:
Screening new projects and conducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures projecting
cash flow and growth opportunities.
Identify new opportunities for investments, Project Planning, Project Evaluation and Feasibilit.
Evaluate capital investment proposals and calculation of project /dividend IRR\'s, DSCR\'s, Sensitivity analysis etc.
Prepare, Monitor and ensure cash flows, fund flows, Profitability Statements, IRRs, Payback periods, DSCR\'s, projected
profitability and other financial parameters / reports to analyze inflow / outflow of funds and profits/surplus resulting
thereof.
Coordination with Banks, financial Institutions and consultants to arrange syndication of and raise funds from various
Financial institutions / Banks / lease finance companies.
Manage all activities related to funding tie-up & financial closure, up to disbursement.
Handle Commercial matters, reviewing debtors control on regular intervals and interact with Purchase Department of the
Company.
Monitor multiple Projects with respect to cost & time parameters; review deviations and indicate the critical path risk and
impact to the company; decide and advise on the possibility and methodology of risk coverage for the deviations.
Conducting project audits / reviews for evaluating project progress & taking adequate corrective measures if required.
Compiling and preparing cost and performance reports as per cost accounting records rule (CARR), cost benefit analysis and
critical analysis of cost reports; recommending necessary corrective actions.
Conduct financial analysis of similar companies and / or Projects for benchmarking Ratios and performance tracking.
Liaison with regulatory authorities for sanctions & approvals.
Candidate Profile:
Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / ICWA with 15 to 25 years of experience in project proposals, project finance
handling all the financial responsibilities related Multiple Projects.
Proven Track record in project financing and financial analysis.
Good Communication Skills & Leadership Qualities required.
Established relationships with Banks, financial Institutions, consultants and lease finance companies.
Minimum Experience: 15 yrs
Maximum Experience: 25 yrs
