It has got several other upcoming capacity additions / greenfield projects in Maharashtra , Jharkhand , Orissa , West Bengal.
We are looking for HR professionals for Mumbai locations who can maintain the conducive IR environment, drive HR processes and add value to all divisional initiatives through participation.
The incumbent will be responsible for the entire gamut of HRM starting from implementing policies and settlements, participate in talent sourcing, grievance handling, generating and communicating HR-MIS, to organizational structuring and talent engagement and management.
The key deliverables will be to:
Provide resources
Fit the right person for the right job
Induce optimal employee influence
Reward and recognize performance.
Desired Profile
The candidate should be a MBA(HR)/MLW. Basic Engineering qualification will be an additional advantage
The incumbent must have around 6-10 years of work experience of which at least 2-3 years must be in independent capacity in plant level HR where he/she should have handled union and preferably signed wage settlements. Persons from power sector will be given preference.
The incumbent should also have experience in generalist role (PMS, employee engagement, training & development etc)
Functional excellence, result orientation, analytical approach, decision making prowess, outstanding communication skills are some of the essential attributes that we are looking for.Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
