The ideal candidate must have 1- 2 yrs of experience in handling end to end training needs, preferably from a CMM certified company
Excellent communication skills and should have good analytical skills
People skills and coordinating approach is needed
Experience in design and content development ( Technical and Soft skills)

Desired Candidate Profile
Identify the training needs & designing Quarterly training calendar with the schedule of training for each employee
Tracking & facilitating that every training occurs as per the calendar
Work with business to identify training needs and Evaluate the training effectiveness in coordination with the function/superior and the trainers on regular basis after the training program
Interfacing with Vendors, Identification of trainer ,Building and consolidating database of trainers as per the competency and availability across India
Manage training related reports
