The job must be of corporate or registered or head office level in the department of Human Resources/ Personal department and / or Administration, where the assignment should cover the entire operational activities of an employee, from the date of induction to his last date in the company, which shall include the study of the individual employee its assessment/evaluation and recommendation. I wish to head the team of Vigilance, Audit, Administration, Security, House keeping, Transport, Company owned clinics/hospital or Ambulance, Government departments related to labor and administrative laws, and all others which come on the way, to facilitate both the employee and the company as a whole. I wish to make strategy which is employee and employer friendly, where growth is seen for both. In brief I wish to be a perfect LIASON OFFICER, without any partiality to anybody, and growth as per their performance.
MBA - Personnel and Marketing Management.
A independent senior position, in the field of Human Resources and Administration, to look after the entire operational activities, with an approximate employee strength of 500 and above. Assigned to look after their Recruitment, Induction, Evaluation, formulate, execute, amend, and also introduce different strategy which is employee friendly also for the development of the company. To interact with government departments with employee issues, To facilitate the company and its employees for different functions like Air/Rail ticketing, Maintainence of AC, Motor vehicle, Generator sets, Security, Assistant Managers, Manager - Trainees and Office assistants. Train the fresh Managerial Trainees for a better placement in the company.
