Responsibilities:
Sales : Acquisition of NRI accounts, Branches channel ,Self
Tie-ups with corporates, shipping companies etc for expanding business, Cross Sell, Third Party Products – Mutual funds , Insurance, Advisory, Structured products.
Retail Assets, Family Accounts, Other Products – Demat, PIS
Cross Sell to Family Members in India.
company Portfolio Management.
Achieving business targets assigned in terms of acquiring, enhancing and upgrading the company relationships.
Acquiring company's customers through new acquisitions or racing of existing eligible customers.
Deepening and enhancing existing relationships.
Cross selling the banks products as well as third party products.
Contact Management for company's customers including updating company's customers on new MF IPOs, new products and services.
Monitoring attrition.
Handling the service requirements of the company's customers.
Account opening.
Processing inward and outward remittances.
Resolution of customer queries/complaints.
Support to Branches : Second level of escalation on service issues faced by the branches.
Provide assistance and clarification on products & services
Go on joint calls whenever necessary.
Undertake training for new staff at branches.
Update branch's on any new process roll out.
Operations : Monitoring of inward remittances, FCY chq realizations, lock box credits, etc for company's customer transactions, special rates and cases where instructions unclear.
Giving conversions rates and dummy account numbers to PBs for breaking of NR ad FCNR FDs.
Handling NRO repatriation for company's customers.
Taking approvals for reversal of any charges, Super savers, Third party ODs.
FX Support : Undertake FX training for new staff at branch's
Help the branches get FX enabled.
Coordinate NR and FX marketing activities with branches.
Marketing & Promotions : Liaise with marketing for conducting regional Promo plans.
Coordinating with marketing for promo materials and follow up.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Direct Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Interpersonal and Influential skills.
Required language(s): English, Hindi.
Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets is required.
Candidate should possess good Relationship Management & Service focus skills.
Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
