Responsibilities:
KRA:
Ensure productivity of the team by constantly measuring deliverables Vs targets.
Develop timely, accurate curriculum & content & evaluation programs.
To develop and ensure coordination of timely & effective training delivery.
Conduct Strategic Planning.
Determine internal training needs of employees.
Predict future trends in training demand & supply.
Establish benchmark for total quality management.
Create an environment of acceptance of training intervention in the organization.
Develop and document organizational training policy & procedures
Content Development.
Establish training standards.
Conduct formal/informal needs assessment and job track analysis.
Develop content and curriculum design.
Develop criteria for evaluating training and training related services.
Manage delivery of training services.
Employee program delivery strategies and methodologies.
Manage facilities/training space.
Manage equipments & materials.
Schedule programs, staff & practices.
Implement systems & processes for measuring & monitoring the effectiveness of training programs delivered.
Personnel Management:
Develop training plan for training the staff.
Train the trainer.
Coach, counsel and mentor.
Fiscal Management:
Develop & draft training budget proposals.
Present budget to GM HR.
Negotiate & decide on vendor rates based on market study.
Manage information.
Develop and maintain individual/organizations training record.
Review/interpret information to support training goal/objective.
Network with training outfits for external training program:
Promote professional growth & professionalism:
Provide and participate in leadership programs in the organization.
Research and develop articles for internal publishing tools.
Provide feedback at strategic points in employees career to navigate his/her professional growth.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Diploma/BA/BCom/BBA/MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill: Training & Development.
Candidate should possess good Communication skill.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
