Our Client is the asset management company backed by a leading retail chain in India, with a combined corpus of USD 430 million; making it India's largest Retail focused Real Estate Fund that aims at developing retail spaces across the country. With the organized retail industry witnessing a boom, there is an inherent need for quality real estate to cater to this growth. Our client hopes to fill this void by building quality Retail assets coupled with superior mall management services and a strong brand identity.
Exposure: Contracting, Tenders & Work Orders, EPC contracts, Works contracts, RFQ's, Procurement Contracts, Supply Orders;
Acquisition of land.
Participate & Co-ordinate in conduct of legal due diligence by the Solicitors.
Conduct legal due diligence on joint venture partners.
Drafting of MOU, Shareholder agreements, LOIs, Leave & License agreements, letters etc.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Core (Technical / operational responsibilities e.g. functional duties, financial mgt., project management)
Desired Profile
Meet deadlines to ensure project stays on schedule.
Coordinate information and services between many entities.
Organize and maintain files for each project.
Assure compliance with governmental regulations and funding agreement stipulations.
Interpret legal descriptions and title of ownership, which are vague or incomplete, require further research.
Research and resolve ownership issues, encroachments, and leasehold to clear title per agreement.
Coordinate actions.
Create efficient and effective means to share information between departments.
Develop criteria for an effective property inventory system.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
People Management (Responsibility for leading, motivating and developing staff)
Manage performance and delivery of junior executives / team members with respect to the specific task.
Provide efficient leadership to the junior team members.
Pass knowledge and expertise to team members.
Internal and External Coordination
Interact with solicitors & advocates.
Interact with Government agencies.
Interact with the team.
