  Drive the entire manufacturing sales process, from lead generation to contract execution.
  Develop opportunities with leading manufacturing industries and agencies and identify key decision makers.
  Develop, close and manage new business opportunities and strategies. Maintain account and sales pipelines – forecasting, execution and tracking
  Conduct regular analysis to enhance matching of forecasting to actual sales - develop metrics to measure planning against actual
  As group grows in size to oversee hiring, training and recruiting needs for additional sales resources
  
  Candidate Profile
  
  A dynamic sales professional with proven track record in solutions strategy & development for the manufacturing sector
  Strong experience in proposal development, bid management, pricing strategy for sales in the Manufacturing domain with clear vertical differentiation
  Solution selling experience in one or more – ERP/MES/PLM/CRM/SCM areas
  Strong competence in Account Planning and Management, handling sales cycle management and relationship management
  Experience in Project monitoring / management and hands on engineering experience
  An expert understanding of the manufacturing processes and experience in technology led solutions
  Self-motivated and strong drive to deliver results / succeed
  
  Qualifications
  
  Ideally, an Engineer / MBA from a premier institute,
  8 - 10 years experience in strategic sales with a top notch Global Information Technology organization or a multinational, with at least 5 years in IT solution sales & Customer -Key Account Management
