PROCESS MANAGEMENT SCM:
Process responsibility for the core business process Supply Chain Management in the Region CE. Elaboration, implementation and further development of a process-oriented structural and operational organization. Execution of guideline competencies by preparation and implementation of principles and specification. Controlling of implementation by agreed key performance indicators and process audits.
OPERATIVE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT:
Initiation, assistance and advice to the individual Business Units, the sales office and plants in the planning and implementation of innovative and efficient Supply Chain concepts by close cooperation with the customer and the logistics partners involved.
Controlling of the logistic costs and services by using the defined SCM KPI's and through benchmarks with competitors and network partners.
Representation of the SGF Industry towards the outside with customers.
Representation of the interests of Industry in the logistic company committees such as MATLOG; IT/S.
Assistance of the Business Units of IND in the compilation and calculation of quotations with logistic issues.
Technical supplier evaluation of the logistic service providers.
DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT
Elaboration, implementation and further development of an efficient distribution structure (location decision, layout planning, selection of logistics providers, rules for cooperation, performance catalog's etc.) against the backdrop of the customer requirement and the production structure.
Initiation, assistance and advice to the individual BUs and plants in the planning and implementation of innovative and efficient logistics and material flow concepts (storage place improvement, customer and ratio projects,...) in close cooperation with the logistics partners involved.
Definition, analysis and evaluation of the logistics processes in the warehouses with the target to sustainable improve of the delivery service and cost position. Where required, initiation, execution of or participation in improvement project
PRODUCTION LOGISTICS
Participation in the development of an efficient material flow in the plants of IND against the backdrop of efficiency and production and storage structure in close cooperation with PROD and the plant logistics coordinators. This especially applies to the following functions:
Development and improvement of the goods flow from goods receipt to dispatch
Improvement of the processing times and the stock quantities
Selection of the appropriate internal transport means
Extension of economical production and storage structures.
TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT
Analysis of shipment structures and possible route proportions for provision of the transports at optimal cost.
Specification of shipment structures and logistics specifications as prerequisite for transport tenders by the national administration offices or muri Transport Management.
Development of aids (e.g. transport cost matrix, calculation scheme) for standardized calculation of logistic partial steps.
Improvement of tariff structure
Rollout of transport software
PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT:
Initiation and assistance of Business Units and the plants in the case of customer and ratio projects as well as offer preparation (technical advice) and calculation.
Desired Profile
The candidate should possess Good Interpersonal & Analytical Skills.
Candidate should be Graduate from renowned university.
Hands on prior experience in working with polymer industry would be an added advantage.
Intimate knowledge of local laws, taxation is must.
Candidate should have up to date knowledge of various prevailing government policies.
