Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to manage entire Sales & Marketing
profile of the company
Experience in strategic planning and implementation
Devise & setup Budget / Targets for all verticals
Client Managing Skills for various business verticals
Develop an environment of continuous focus on quality Sales
Proven track record of consistently surpassing performance levels
and achieving highest sales figures
Managing Creative & Logistics Solutions for clients
Constant review of processes and performance with focus on
improving departmental competency / performance
Capable of generating new business avenues
Act as a resource to Sales and support team
Interact with all levels of management in other regions and provide creative solutions to everyday issues
Requirements:
Qualified professional, preferably MBA with a minimum of 10-12
years experience with strong working knowledge of various aspects
of Logistics
Facilitator for alliances with clients for effective Market penetration
Excellent communication, presentation skills
Candidate will have to travel across the locations
