Their portfolio of services are finance and accounting, back office processes for clients in insurance space, payroll services and HR processes. Their clients include the largest insurance broker in US and many software and MNC clients in India for payroll services. They are about 350 people strong and operate out of Bangalore. The company is confident of adding another 200 people by Dec 2007. The CD Board of directors are highly experienced senior professionals with wide exposure to global business. CD has strong operational management team. Payroll Services Division (PSD) of The company is servicing major clients in India. The total employee records that The company processes are in excess of 50,000 and are one of the top two-service provider of payroll in India. They are currently looking for Senior Manager who can take care of their Payroll Services Division (PSD).
Responsible for Execution of payroll process of different t cadres
Should generate different reports viz. Salary Statement, PF, ESI, Variable Pay, PT and salary TDS.
Co-ordinate with clients coordinators for timely inputs and other clarifications
Preparation of Monthly and annual salary TDS returns.
Handling retrial benefits and reimbursement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be a graduate/post graduate in Commerce or BBM. Should have sound knowledge in Income Tax implication & exemptions, PF, ESI, PT and other salary related aspects. Should have basic accounting and MS Excel knowledge.
