Accountability
Supporting Actions
To introduce good quality prospective insurance advisor's
Scout for potentials who can be good advisor's
Make the presentation of the career of the an Insurance adviser
Regular follow-up for obtaining necessary documentation
Make sure that the advisers attend the training programs and are licensed and coded.
To provide training to their team of Insurance advisers
Provide their advisers with training prior to the formal induction training program (STAR)
Provide on the job training to their advisers (OJT)
Conduct regular training workshops for their advisers
Make sure that their advisers are learning all the time and enhancing their knowledge and skill levels.
To meet the business targets set for their team of advisers
To draw up a monthly plan of targets
To break down the plan according to the potential of the insurance advisers.
Keep their advisers motivated and on the job
Keep daily contacts with their advisers
Help sort out any problems faced by their advisers
To support implementation of the Best Practices in the Branch
To play their role efficiently and effectively in the implementation of the Best Practices at the Branch Level
To promote a customer centric culture among his/ her team members
Set personal example and through constant training, feedback and evaluation inculcate a customer friendly approach towards both internal and external clients
To drive local sales promotion effort for his/ her team members
Anticipate sales promotion
opportunities in the area of operation and devise innovative promotional activity.
